Hey John, What kind of eating plan do you recommend to your clients for fat loss, especially women that maybe on a low carb type of diet but dont eat enjoy protein should they eat more protein or stay about where they are at.

John Hi I read your artical about you torn pectoral muscle. I just had the same injury at the Gym last week (6-6-09) benching. I have seen two Doctors about this and I am getting and MRI done today. Both doctors say that they think its torn. I have surgery schedule for friday if the MRI shows what the Doctors think. Did you have surgery for your injury and do you sugest a doctor for another opinion? Both Doctors I have seen have alote of experience but have not done this surgery before. It would be a great help to here from you. P.S. I 'm from the Hartford area Thank You Mario Milardo

John's book Secret Skills of Personal Training is a great resource for those new to industry and I imagine there are a handful of tips veteran trainers will take away to improve their client skills. The book provided just the right level of information without putting my mind into overload, allowing me to get a clear picture of what it takes to start a successful career as a PT.
